Chap11: HBM III - State-space modeling
Examples from the book
Topics : |
Examples in this chapter are state-space models, i.e. models with dynamic state transitions in the latent layer of the hierarchical structure. Two exampels of growing complexity are presented: - The first one is a dynamic biomass production models that is used to derive estimates of key managemet parameters and to forecast the biomass evlution under different management scenarios. - The second example turns to a much more challenging model. It is a multidimensionnal state-space models for an stage-structured life cycle model for A. salmon which assimilates different sources of field observations. |
