  • The catch is sorted into three distinct paths. The first bleeds and guts the fish, the second is without any handling and the third only bleeds the fish.

Production deck: The deck is constructed with three distinctive paths. It’s a path for non-treated catch, bled, and bled/gutted. The sorting takes place on the right side of the deck where UUC and MCRS catches are sorted
