Estimate discards for a specific stock using MLS limit

One of the cause of discards is the Minimum Landing Size. Below this stock-specific size you are not allowed to sell the fish for human consumption. From STECF, we can have catches value per fish age (not per size). To estimate the discards per length we use the age-length information provided by ICES. Mixing age-length and catches at age information we can provide a graph with estimate catches per length. Including the MLS we can estimate the part of the catches that will be included in the Landing obligation regulation (catches below MLS) and the catches that will be landed potentially for human comsumption.
